This service is really only for people who are Rogers TV subscribers. They will tell you it works with a MyRogers account but they are lying.
It only works about half the time, does not work very well with Apple TV or Chromecast and the video is constantly choppy no matter what your internet Upload and Download Speeds are. I've spent over 5 hours on help lines with Tech support to no avail. At one point I was sent up to the district manager who still could not figure out why I couldn't get online.
It seems like Rogers bought the service, didn't train the tech support and resort to resetting your password over and over again as if thats the problem. I find it's easier to stream illegally despite the fact that Ive paid for the service.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
